This International Women's Day were giving a shout

This International Women's Day were giving a shout out to an incredible woman, Meredith Gleitze.

The first British woman to swim the English Channel in 1927.

Her amazing achievements at a time when women were not encouraged to participate in sport, she overcame, conquered her fears and completed this epic swim.
